At Novara, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return according to the policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include all original accessories, manuals, and tags

  • Not show signs of misuse, accidental damage, or alteration caused by the customer

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.

Free Return Shipping

Novara offers free return shipping for eligible returns within the 30-day return window. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the product back.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process the request, you may be asked to provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging for verification.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

Products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for exchange.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Restocking Fees

Novara does not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
